This website is dedicated to all those who want or need change in their lives, or who are in the midst of it and are looking for support and understanding of this process.

Life is transformation, an ever-unfolding process of change. A flower grows from where there was nothing and becomes a fruit; and even as a flower it changes continuously, unfolding from a bud, opening to its wondrous full bloom, and withering. So do we! Unlike a flower, we can and often do resist the unfolding of our lives: because we’re afraid or not clear where we’re going, or because we have other ideas about where we should or need or want to be. Where there is resistance there is un-ease, stress, or dis-ease – or simply a feeling of being stuck.

Healing, ease, and joy lie in learning to embrace this mysterious life process at all levels – physical, energetic, emotional, mental, spiritual. My work with people is devoted to helping them find insight and ease with where they’re at in their lives and where they’re going.
